The office creates QR codes, links them to drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs or other project files, then prints and posts them where the work happens. Anyone on site scans a code with a phone camera and sees the information behind it, with no app or account. When a document changes, the office updates it once and every posted code shows the updated file; Procore-connected codes show the current revision as Procore reports it.
